A Martian sunset does not look like you thought it would

The Mars Curiosity Rover has been working so hard since arriving on the Red Planet three years ago that it never has stopped to watch the sun set.

But even a robotic multi-terrain vehicle needs time for reflection. Sadly, there is no Happy Hour on Mars, so Curiosity has to make do with a natural high -- in this case, watching and recording the sun go down over the Martian horizon.
